| Can the syslog daemon can redirect the received syslog messages to another syslog daemon? |

You can make use of syslog server alarm to forward filtered syslog message to another syslog server.
If you don't filter any packet, it will work like syslog forwarder to forward all message to other syslog server or syslog daemon. |
